Good morning from Los Angeles. It’s a warm 58 degrees, windows open. The hummingbirds have been nosediving the front porch succulents for the past hour, their whizzing back and forth sounding like a scene from star wars. The only time they pause is to perch on the hanging Christmas lights we put up in December 2020 and have yet to take down.
